测量流程：置换水样-抽取水样-抽取试剂-搅拌混合-比色测量-排液
仪器上电后打开开关，绿色显示灯会持续闪烁，直到获取第一个读数。然后会持续测量。
安装完成后，唯一需要做的事是补充缓冲液和指示剂，并标定仪器。

检查搅拌棒，检查光源，样品不流动，试剂用完，光路被遮挡
