Measurements are taken every 3 seconds

CPU monitors 5 and 12 VDC, Lamp Voltage, and Lamp Current

Instrument must be calibrated after any adjustment is made to the optical system!

Detector
Wipe lens using soft cloth and mild cleaning solution
Light source
Normal – Wipe shield assembly
Extreme – Disassemble and clean lens and apertures (use great care if performing this procedure)

Replace lamp annually
Align light source
Calibrate after lamp replacement

Calibrate between 100 – 4000 NTU and verify lower level performance by comparison or by using StablCal standards.
Not recommended:
Calibration with standards lower than 100 NTU
Calibration by comparison with lab instrument at low turbidity levels (<2 NTU)
