Lamp current is outside of range of 1.67 – 2.75 Amps

Lamp voltage is outside range of 3.96 – 4.48 VDC

Input voltage is outside range of 9.08 – 14.3 VDC
One SS7 per SC100 – Second sensor can only draw 5 watts max

Monitored voltage is outside range of 4.5 – 5.5 VDC

Event log is full  (data is dumped to the SC100/SC1000)

Sensor data log is full  (data is dumped to the SC100/SC1000)

Sensor head internal temperature is too high
Check temperature and if greater than 70° C and module is also hot to the touch replace detector module.

Dark reading detects too much light
Perform zero electronics and or replace detector module

Data log and event log has failed.  Install new software and or replace detector module 71221-00.
